Pamela Wells, RNC, BSN, MSHSA, IBCLC, RLC presently serves as Clinical Standardization and Outcomes Coordinator for Women’s
and Infant’s Services at Erlanger Health System. Her special area of expertise is Prenatal Nursing to include: Prenatal Class Instructor,
Lactation Consultant, Charge Nurse and Staff Nurse for Mother Baby/GYN Units. Prior to assuming her present duties at Erlanger, Pamela
was Nurse Manager for Level II NICU and Adult Post-op Surgical Services Unit. She has extensive education, training and hands-on experience
in multiple facets of hospital opeartions and personal counseling having served as Resource Coordinator, Staff Educator, Perinatal Education Coordinator, and
Perinatal Bereavement Coordinator for Erlanger Health System.
Pamela Wells is an SAI Senior Consultant and Clinical Advisor utilized on as as-needed basis for special projects and assignments. To date Pamela
has collaborated with SAI's CEO, Jeff Aldridge on a number of special assignments involving preparation for up-coming seminar presentations [AWHONN
and the Environment of Care Leader], the development of parental educational materials on infant security and safety, and collaboration on articles for
various healthcare publications.
Presently, Pamela Wells is an SAI Senior Consultant and Clinical Advisor available for special projects.
