Phillip D. Launt has a strong entrepreneurial and business development background. He excels at identifying growth opportunities
and building relationships with key decision makers in the served markets. Phillip founded Resource Appraisal and Management
in 1982 - a company dedicated to stewardship and the prudent use of both natural and human resources. This start-up enterprise
evolved into RAM Chemicals Company in 1984 which was renamed RAM Biochemicals, Inc. in 1985. Serving initially as Director
Business Development, and later as Director Sales & Marketing, Phillip worked closely with R&D to conceive, develop and implement the
marketing, labeling, and branding strategies for 5 separate RAM products. He wrote the marketing guides and technical manuals
used for the field application of 2 products, developed MSDS sheets for all products, and represented the company at trade shows and
seminars, and was the corporate spokesperson for media interviews. Phillip also authored and/or co-authored technical articles published in the
Oil & Gas Journal, TORP, and EORFR - published by The Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Under Phillip's direction, RAM forged strategic alliances with Anheuser-Busch, Incorporated and the Adolph Coors Company to obtain
product feedstock, and with LSB Products / Alteca, Manhattan, KS for toll manufacturing. He established close working relationships
with key EOR / MEOR researchers at NIPER, Bartlesville, OK. As Sales Director, Phillip conceived and implemented a successful
plan to sell RAM's MEOR products [Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery] as an installed service through structured licensing agreements with
oil field service companies. Prior the mid-1986 colapse of oil prices which plummeted below $10 per barrel, RAM's MEOR products
were being used in Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Unable to weather the downturn in oil prices, RAM
Biochemicals went dormant in 1996.
Phillip joined Security Assessments International, Inc. [SAI] in 2001 as Executive Vice President & Director Business Development.
Since joining SAI he has helped define and articulate SAI's vision, build a foundation for continued growth, framed and guided strategic initiatives,
