Pamella G. Carter, RN, BSN, MA, ACM - Director of Clinical and Regulatory Services.
Pamella is co-founder of Security Assessments International, a Senior Consultant and Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs.
As a Registered Nurse, Pam has over 35 years experience in acute care nursing, nurse management and education, hospital administration,
case management, occupational health, and home health.
Pam has extensive experience with safe care practices for inmate and forensic patients in the acute care setting, and has consulted at the local,
State, and Federal level. She is extremely well versed on both JCAHO and CMS regulatory standards for acute care facilities.
Pam is one of the first Registered Nurses in the Nation to be certified as an Accredited Case Manager (ACM) by the American Case
Management Association. Her recent activities include consulting and mentoring clinical nursing projects in the United Kingdom including; National Health Service hospitals in Sheffield, New Castle,
and Birmingha as well as he Royal Infirmary in Doncaster, England.
